HISTORY

 

KingsRoad is a free browser-based RPG that focuses on cooperative play. Players can choose from and switch between three classes to explore the game world and to collect mighty loot. The game is developed by Rumble Entertainment and was released in March 2013.

THE CHALLENGE

Our task was to to reach new users for the game with content marketing measures only. We approached the target audiences with an entertaining approach while concurrently informing them about KingsRoad and its features.


Our Actions

In order to reach the right audiences, we targeted fitting gaming communities with individually produced branded content.

- We put a focus on mini-series of videos with three to five episodes -
- We made sure to compile a heterogeneous mix of fitting platforms -
- Targets were various gaming and geek culture related environments -
